This is NOT your average Group Fitness Program. We combine “real” functional strength exercises with fitness-level appropriate intensity, structured workouts, and hands on coaching from Certified Personal Trainers for the most effective body composition busting workouts in the area.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Small Group Customized Training for Young Adults Age 14-18

Research shows that stronger athletes not only perform better, but are also more resilient with fewer injuries. The aim of our HS Sports Performance program is to bulletproof your student-athlete through strength & conditioning. We are the only program in the area that incorporates a strong nutrition component taught by our Registered Dietitian.
